How long will my game be?

Your game time will depend on your group size. The group sizes and their corresponding game times are available below:

2-3 players = 30 minutes

4-6 players = 45 minutes

7-8 players = 60 minutes

9 players = 75 minutes

10-12 players = 90 minutes

13-24 players = 90 Minutes (with 2 boxes, per box)

Please note, your booked time will include 5 minutes of cleaning up at the end of your match, so you'll have time to cool down and get some post-match refreshments to refuel.

How do I make a booking?

If you are a group of 2-12, then please make a single box booking - Birmingham, Bullring HERE - London, The O2, HERE

If you are a group of 13-24, then please make a double box booking - Birmingham, Bullring HERE - London, The O2, HERE.

If you are looking to enquire about a larger group booking, please enquire via our Events team HERE.

Please note, you can only book in advance for Fridays, weekend slots & holidays if you are in a group of 5 or more. If you are wanting to book for groups of 2-4 for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays, then all boxes will be released 7 days before the intended booking date at 6am. We do cater for 1-person bookings, but these are on a walk-in only basis and are subject to availability on the day.

Is the price per hour?

No, the price is per person.

Off-peak runs Mon-Thu, whilst Peak is Fri-Sun. Please note, prices may differ between venues and at certain times of year.

What are the prices to play (regular, holiday etc)?

Off-peak typically runs Mon-Thurs, whilst Peak times are Fri, Sat & Sun. Prices will differ between venues and during certain times of year. The best way to see the latest pricing, is by visiting our booking page.

On the first Monday of the month, we open boxes 3 months ahead. Timings will vary during the festive period (Nov & Dec), where slots will be released later.

Sign up to our mailing list and follow us on social, where we will always announce our release dates. Larger events can be booked any time in advance via the website or by phone.

Is there a minimum group size?

The minimum group size is 2, however bookings taking place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays for 2-4 people will be released 1 week before the booking date at 6am. We do cater for 1-person bookings, but these are on a walk-in only basis and are subject to availability on the day.

Are you open to under 18s?

Can I add more people to my booking?

Yes, you can add more people to your booking. However, you will be charged for that person, as per our cost per person pricing. This will need to be paid for via our customer service channel. Please note, amendments to booking must be made no later than 48 hours before your booking time.

How many people play per box?

Up to 12 can play in a box. Please note, boxes that are booked via two separate bookings cannot be amended to be next to one another. If you are a group of 13 or more, please do book a package via our Offers page.

Can I have my two single box bookings together?

Unfortunately, we cannot change separate box bookings to be next to one another.

Can I pre-order food and drinks for the day?

Absolutely, you can order these as an Upgrade via our booking system. Food and drink can be ordered via item or you can book set packages. These are available for both adults and children. You can find out more information about our food and drinks menu HERE.

What do I wear to play?

We highly recommend that you wear a pair of trainers suitable to play football to avoid injury when playing. Also please be aware that the color of the turf in the playing area can potentially stain footwear, especially light-coloured shoes (e.g. white). No worries though, you can rent trainers from the Boot room (£2) to prevent any staining and have a great time on the turf. Just don't forget to bring your socks along!

As with any sports footwear and clothing can get scuffed and stained, so you play at your own risk with your own footwear and clothing.

How do I cancel my box booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be entitled for a full refund, however during December we would need a 14-day notice instead. We can also try to rearrange your booking to another time or day wherever possible. This time frame also applies to if you want to amend the amount of guests on your booking. Changes must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your booking date and time, and, if you are adding more guests to your booking, these must be paid for before you arrive for your booking. You will have the option to pay via the link provided by us upon request via our Customer Service team.

When do you release future dates?

Is there a waiting list for availability?

The most up to date availability will always be displayed on the booking calendar. We do not have a waiting list available to join, but if we have a cancellation, we will release that date back onto the calendar.

Do you take large event bookings?

For all bookings that are 13-24 guests, we ask that you please make a double box booking. If you are booking for a group larger than 24, then please enquire now and one of our fantastic events team will be in touch.

We just want to visit to eat & drink and not play the game, can we do this?

Everyone is welcome at TOCA Social! Even if you're not playing the game, you can come and eat and drink with us.

Do you take table bookings?

Can I order food to eat in my box?

Yes, you can certainly order food to your box, but bear in mind this will eat in to your playing time.

Can I bring my own food to the venue?

With the exception of birthday cakes, we kindly ask that you do not bring food into the venue. But don't worry! We have an extensive and delicious menu suited to all dietary needs.

Some members of our group have food allergies, what is your process to safeguard this?

We are able to provide allergen information for all of our dishes at TOCA Social. Our team are also all trained in our allergy procedure.

Do you cater for vegans?

Yes we do, all our vegan and vegetarian items are clearly marked on our menus.

Do you offer any halal meat?

Absolutely, all our meat is Halal.

Can I order food for takeaway?

We do not currently offer takeaway at TOCA Social.

How old do children have to be for a kid's party?

There is no age limit to our parties, it is all based on ability. Provided you are old enough to be able to kick a ball, you should be old enough to play. We can adjust difficulty levels and the balls are much smaller than regular footballs.

Can we bring a cake to a kids party?

You can bring a birthday cake, however we kindly ask that you do not bring any other food to the venue.

Yes, it's important to have your ID with you when you come to visit, as we might require guests to provide proof of age upon entry.

Is the venue cashless?

Yes, TOCA Social is a cashless venue. We accept all card types, as well as Google and Apple Pay.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes, ask one of our friendly teammates on arrival.

Does the venue have wheelchair access?

Our venue is wheelchair-friendly and allows access around our venue. However, there are some parts of the venue where it is not step-free.

Can I bring my dog?

Service and guide dogs are welcome at TOCA Social, but all other furry friends need to stay at home.

What is your refund policy for gift cards and shop items?

We have a 30-day return policy, that starts from the day your items arrive.
