Making a booking

All our playing boxes hold up to 12 players you can book online for up to 24 guests, all the slots we have available can be found here. If you fancy joining us for a larger event for 25+ guests, please fill in our events enquiry form. Our team will check availability and arrange a call with you.

Box Availability and Age Restrictions

Our online booking link has the latest availability, our team will not be able to make anything else available if you contact us.

On the first Monday of the month, we open boxes for the next 3 months. Timings will vary during the festive period (Nov & Dec), where slots will be released later. Sign up to our mailing list and follow us on social, where we will always announce our festive release dates. Larger events can be booked any time in advance via our enquiry page on the website or by phone.

Under 18s are allowed in the venue accompanied by an adult during the following times:

• Monday Thursday - before 7pm
• Friday - Saturday - before 4pm
• Sunday - all day

Query about an upcoming booking

If you would like to amend or cancel your booking, please refer to your confirmation email and click the “manage booking” button, from here you can add upgrades and cancel.

Amendments will need to be made by our team, so if you would like to move a date or time, and are within the window to do so, please complete a form here, providing your booking reference.

Running late or lost something

If you are running late, your booking will be held for 15 minutes, so we suggest getting there as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to get you playing as quickly as possible. To be clear, during popular periods, we will not be able to extend bookings to make up for any lost time.

We had such a great time at TOCA Social. The game is great and perfect for all of the family, even if you’re not a big football fan! The food and drinks were delicious. Really quick and friendly service too. We will be back!
