Please note: Groups of 13–24 guests will be booked in a double box (two adjacent boxes). To guarantee your group is placed together, both boxes must be booked in a single booking. We regret that we cannot adjust separately booked boxes to be next to each other.

For groups of 25+ players, please complete our online form below. This form is managed
directly by our events team and is designed especially for larger parties. If your
group is smaller than 24, we encourage you to continue your booking
through our standard online process above.
KIDS EVENTS FAQS
There is no age limit to our kids parties, it is all based on ability. Provided you are old enough to be able to kick a ball, you should be old enough to play.
We can adjust difficulty levels and the balls are much smaller than regular footballs.
You can bring a birthday cake, however we kindly ask that you do not bring any other food to the venue.
We highly recommend that you wear a pair of trainers to avoid injury when playing. You can rent trainers from the boot room for £2 at the venue, just remember to bring socks!
Up to 12 people can play in a box. If there are 13-24 players, we would recommend selecting some of our food and drink bolt ons during the booking process. For 24+ players, please click on the form here. Please note, to guarantee that your group will be in two boxes next to one another, you must book both boxes in one booking. If booked separately, we cannot amend these to be next to one another.
Yes, under 18s are allowed in the venue accompanied by an adult during the following times:
- Monday - Saturday before 7pm
- Sunday - all day
- Monday - Thursday - before 7pm
- Friday - Saturday - before 4pm
- Sunday - all day
Yes, guests under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be entitled for a full refund, however during December we would need a 14-day notice instead. Please refer to your confirmation email and click the “manage booking” button, from here you can cancel.
Changes must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your booking date and time, This time frame also applies if you want to amend the amount of guests on your booking. If you are adding more guests to your booking, these must be paid for before you arrive for your booking. You will have the option to pay via the link provided by us upon request via our Customer service team.

We don't offer a full refund, however, cancelling your event with more than 14 days notice from your event date will allow you to apply your deposit to a future booking made within 6 months.
Cancelling within 14 days' notice of your event date will mean TOCA will retain all deposit funds paid. For full details about our Events cancellation policy please refer to our Terms of Use.
