Hospitality has been a huge part of my life from a young age. I fell in love with the hustle and bustle of busy kitchens and always get a great sense of pride and achievement knowing the job is done to the best of my ability.
Since being at TOCA Social, I have fallen in love with the vibe, the culture, the energy and the buzz of a new venue opening.
I have loved being a part of the opening team and successfully recruiting a brand new team of legends. I'm excited to see what the future holds for TOCA Social Birmingham and the TOCA brand.

Support Office Teams
PEOPLE
The People team works closely with all departments across the business to create workspaces and tools to drive business results through the teammate journey. This team are the business partners for compliance, attracting and hiring talent, team development and retention, engagement and everything in between. This team provides resources, advice and data-driven solutions to make TOCA the best place to work.
MARKETING
Responsible for helping to make the brand famous. More than just the social media channels, this team is responsible for driving buzz and converting that through to bookings, with key areas such as PR, Digital, CRM and many more.
TECHNOLOGY
The magic behind the game! This team works to deliver the best tech experience possible for guests and are constantly working to level up our offering. They’re also there to ensure teammates have access to the tech they need to perform their roles smoothly. From designing the games, to supporting our teammates when platforms don’t play ball - they do it all!
PROPERTY
This team works to secure new venues for TOCA Social! Not only this, but they work to build out what our venues will look like, to ensure we create the same amazing experience at each location.
FINANCE
The Finance department plays a pivotal role in managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure organisational stability and growth. Responsibilities include overseeing cash flow, analysing financial data, and implementing strategies to optimise financial performance and mitigate risks.

Our Operations teams ensure top-notch guest experiences at our venues, obsessing over every detail to make sure guests fall in love with our brand. They guarantee perfection in food, drink, and games, maintaining consistency worldwide. From processes to overseeing site design, they're crucial for our success.
